false zebra ID

this one was just labeled pseudo zebra but i here are there are many kinds. any help would be great. IT has bright black and white stripes the camera just doesnt do it justice. Also i think its a male , am i right?

I thought chocolate zeebs were brown? cause i have those too. And its a llttle bit under 3"

Oh the pics look a yellowy brown tan to me anyway. Does it have a stumpy head, on reflection it's looking a bit more like a L340. Does it have ich or an outer problem like velvet? It might be just the pictures, it's only that pronounced on the last pic.
