Have anyone ever seen a comet goldfish with two tails(fan tail)?

i have had a comet gold fish with a fan tail/ two tails.

I can't put a picture right now to show because when i tried to add a picture it says error on page.

the fish is dead now it was in my 4by6 pond and my RTC beat it up and died. didn't eat it but ate his/her freinds it was about6-7inches.

There are two breed of gold fish called wakin and jinkin. Their body structure resembles comets, and they have 2 tails.

yeah.... not all that odd. they are called nymphs in english.

they show up in my feeder comet orders at work all the time and i seperate them and sell them for more money as they grow...in fact i got some at work right now...

I've bought some "Fantail" feeders from the feeder tank before. They died on me though :irked:

All goldfish are the same species, so they aren't a hybrid. Goldfish are all just variants of the original carp, Carias arautus. Same as people all look different, we aren't different species, we just have different traits.

Sorry my mistake, when i said 'goldfish types' i didn’t mean species, i meant variations.

Don't worry Joshy, I know what you meant  it just seems like a lot of people dont know the difference between intrabreeding of polymorphic species and hybrids from two different species.

i didn't think it was rare i just thought it was wierd how does it get like that?
