If hoplo catfish were any less amazing, no. But because they are amazing I have to suggest yes. As long as you can get food to all the fish. Hoplos are total omnivores and should do fine on a largely vegetable diet like goldfish eat. Do include some live bugs time to time, though.
If your tank were bigger your numbers would work but a 60 gallon should probably house no more than three fancy goldfish. Your stock list would require at least a 120 to be manageable. But in a 90 I'd think three or four lionheads and a pair of hoplos would fare alright. Remember to plan for max adult size. Hoplos get at least 8" and sometimes 12" and your lionheads can easily get 8" each.
