Hey i recently had a bit of an algae bloom which happened cause i had window close to the tank. the algae went a way a bit, but now i've noticed these tiny fanlike organisms that sway in the tank probably eating algae, i was wondering if it is a type of brown algae or if anyone has any info about it?

How tiny?
I have Hydra in my 6g tank, they look like miniature sea anemones (sp?) and look like they have 5 'arms' (maybe more or less - need new glasses), they feed on micro-organisms and always appear directly under one of the whisper 3i filter outlets. My RCS seem to view them as a tasty snack!

they are very very small maybe a 2mm, they just sway back and forth they do kinda look like hydra's which is weird but they are all over the tank. ha too bad my fish arent into eating anything that isnt a minnow or worm
