Farlowella died

Well woke up this morning and saw my farlowella in between a plant and the glass, and he seemed a little pale. So tonight I get up to my room and he's still there, just he is on the gravel with the clown Pleco (I think) sucking on her. So I had her taken out then did a 6 gal water change, vacuumed the gravel around the "death zone" and where I saw her hanging yesterday. I then added 2 and a half capfuls of metro+ as all the fish seem better after I add that for reason. Anything else I should do? It's been awhile since I have had a fish die. Also I forgot to add its a 36 gal tank. Thanks!

Farlowellas are pretty sensitive and need pristine water, do the basic tests and post the results

That's another common reason for death :/ sorry bro. Mine never really figured out algae wafers, so I worried about him too. Until velvet struck my tank.
