Saw a catfish labeled as Flash tiger selling for $300 in a LFS. It is about 8-10 inches. It looks like a Jurense which i got for 40 bux. Same head body and coloration. What is the difference

flash tiger is a variant of Jurense that's from a specific part of river in amazon which makes their color more yellow and vibrant.
I've seen the yellow/orange varient but I've also seen just high contrasting black and white jurs labeled as flash zebras... either way they're the same species... if you like the fish at think it's worth the tag pick it up! If not what ever...
