For the last week I have been doing aggressive gravel vacs and feeding restrictions to rid my tank of some black leeches/worms, but today, just when I thought my gravel vac would yield wormless, 2 appear in the bucket I am siphoning water into.

Is there a faster way to rid my tank 100% of these worms???

yes but it involves dumping everything out on the lawn and starting over...

keep up with the gravel vacs and food restrictions..

welcome to fish keeping.. it takes a while.. its not like raising children or something you dont have to pay attention to..

clout is very harsh I'd be careful in using it...perhaps Praziqunatel would work depending on the type of worms

If I were to get really desperate, could I scoop out all my gravel and bleach it and rinse it before putting it all back in to make sure I have killed all the worms in it and any eggs etc?

All I have is some driftwood, gravel and fish currently because I would like to get rid of these worms before I plant my tank. When I do plant it I would take precautions to prevent any more pests from getting in my tank.

Just keep gravel vaccuming furiosly. You could also take all the gravel out and let it dry for a couple days, killing off whatevers left. Bleaching it would be more of a pain, and I would worry about not getting all the bleach off.
