Fat Girl!

After months of searching a new owner, but failed. I finally got it from a fellow hobbyist, the fish got a very fat and heavily built body, so I believed she is a girl.

14"-15" long... Black wolf.. Hoplias curupira

I hope I can find her a new owner here and a permanent home!

She lived with a silver arowana, silver dollars before and she is used to community life!

so...

Who wants to take her home? for a cheap affordable price?!? (I am not making any money)

I don't think souzie will want it, it's just another common fish, not really worth the time to setup another tank!

If I had the space, I'd place in another curu and try to breed it! She looked pretty mellow and calm, and I can touch it with a stick (I think I can pet it with my hand too without her biting).

It's a guess, females are said to be rounder and more heavily built, and males are said to be longer and leaner

Just a guess too, but after viewing so many curupira in the market & real life, I believe it is a female!

fund me a 48" L x 24" W x 18" H ~ 100G tank + a metal stand and I will buy another 12" ish leaner curupira and house them together to see if they will breed > will document the process through mfk too!

ah ive heard of that but its nothing concrete so i dont rely on it.
couldnt it just be fat and happy? lol whats the size/age maturity
for wolves to breed? dont think they breed at that size.

u already have p's get a wolf and have variety lol
