i dont see any problems with it. i actually think its a great idea, but im pretty sure that these days its against the law to spread ashes over water, so im not sure how it would work out cuz its being used as chum. but could you imagine catching the biggest fish of your life while using your best friends remains as bait, that be a bit odd.
