Fatf and tatf

Would i be able to mix the two together?? I really want a school of fatf since theyre the smallest species but I've grown too attached to my current tatf since hes finally started to eat alot to sell him

It may work for a while, but eventually your tatf will outgrow the fatf possibly causing aggression issues. It may or may not work lol that's the best I can say really. Maybe someone who has tried it before can shed some brighter light here. Either way for both fish in one tank you would need something quite large.

+1 for sure on this. depends on the fish you get and how aggressive/passive it may be.

I think you'd be fine for quite some time, especially if you keep everyone fed.

I have mixed FATF and TATF before, they were all same size when i put them together, but after 5-6 months my tatf out grew my fatf by 2" to 3" and tatf started to get aggressive with my fatf he got beat up so bad tatf will bite half of its tail off ,I have had to seperate my fatf, from my observation when tatf hits the 7"-8" mark they start to get aggressive with other ATF.[video=youtube;3y5RY6Qq7CU]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3y5RY6Qq7CU[/video]
