To be honest, I wouldn't be comfortable with a FATF in that tank for life. Even though it's smaller gallon wise, a 240 would be better long term; the fish would really appreciate the 8' footprint.
You'd be able to get away with pretty much any combination of FATF and cudas that you could think of for a very, very long time however. They're both slow growing fish that won't get much over a foot long. I suppose you really could be ok with them for life, but like I said, they would at least appreciate the extra space.
I think you'd be fine for at least 3-5 years. The FATFs would have to be absolutely maxed out before they really NEED an upgrade.
