Hello Niki_up Niki_up ,
You have some very cool BN Plecos. It's rare to see such good photos on some very unique looking fish like that. They look almost alien like in appearance. Nice!

What you see here is our first batch of fry. The first eggs were eaten by the goldfish. We placed the second batch of eggs with the father in another tank. All but 10 survived. We now have 40 one inch BN plecos - it's crazy. The third batch we left in our big tank. They swam out three weeks ago. Last night I saw three little ones. Maybe there are more, but they stay out of sight. We haven't seen that much dead, and the water parameters are good. Maybe they were eaten Tutuapp 9Apps Showbox by our goldfish? Who knows.

Congrats on the fry.

they are good at hiding. You most likely would not notice if one passed away as they are so small they deteriorate pretty quickly.

it is very possible your goldfish ate some as well
