MY favorite lure is the floating rapala lure. Its bout 2" and it was $6.00 and well worth the cost!!!!! SO what is your favorite fishing tackle?
P.S. Has anyone had sucess with the banjo minnow?

I,ve caught fish on the banjo minnow. But I like sightfishing with live bluegills for bass. Other then that i like fishing the stanly bull ribbit swimming frog.

I've never had success with the Banjo minnow but I don't use them often either. My best lures are my jointed floating Rapala, Strike King Bitsy minnow, Pheobes, Senko worms and plastic tubes.

banjo might work but its a commick lure!!

My favorite is the buzz bait my fishing buddies call me "wire bait man" cause spinner baits, and buzz baits are my most used lures

for lmbass( srry im a fly fisher) i use a antron mouserat for salt water redfish i use a
crazy charlie, a deciever , or a chartreuse pencil popper

I use a variety of plastic worms, salamanders and crawdads when I am fishing for LMB. I like to use live minnows, night crawlers and small bullheads when fishing for catfish. I have never used a banjo minnow although I occasionally use a flying lure that I was given, I have caught a couple of LMB on it. I just bought a Chatter Frog Lure to try, I hope it works or it is back to the glow in the dark minnow lure for me.

Worm all the way!!! If not worm then "Broke Back Minnows".

The lures I enjoy the most are weighted weedless Scum Frogs. I caught my largest LMB on a Scum Frog, 12lbs 2oz in thick weed & lilypad cover. I also like buzz baits, but give me a Scum Frog tied upto Power Pro line and I'm good to go. I love top water lures, I like seeing the action happening all the time. Sometime I get three or four strikes while I Reel'N in and then Wam it gets drilled, and I'm lov'n every second.

I'll be in S. FL for the next few weeks fish and chasing reptiles and or being chased by some reptiles, whichever the case may be.
