Lake Manacapuru silvers (the ones with the red tops) and half blacks are my favorites. I also don't really like kois.

I love black veils (tho not super veil of any color... not sure why, I just don't like em) and zebras. Used to be a huge fan of black marbles with more black than white, but now not so much. And I also really don't like kois lol

I'm not fond of the YOU, for whatever reason. I like koi without the black spots which is like sunset blushers. Click on my link and you'll see what angel I'm talking about. I also like Pearlscale Zebra.

My favorite that I have owned have been the DD Blacks. I, unlike several in this thread, love the Kois. The more orange the better. I also am really anxious to get my hands on some platinums. I just need to find a breeder close to Utah. Most of the varieties are really close together on my list of favorites. If I see one at a shop that has a great shape, great fins, and looks healthy, it really doesn't matter what color it is. It's going home with me.
