Gene Hackman as Little Bill Daggett in the Unforgiven and Christoph Waltz as Col. Hans Landa in Inglorious Bastards. Two charicters I loved to hate.
Actually Gene Hackman is IMO one of the greatest movie villans of all time all his charicters are easy to hate, he's a great movie villan and actor.

Best villain performance I've seen was Heath ledger in The Dark Knight as the joker. Incredible acting.
