OK I know this is gonna be semi - agumenitive (if thats a word) but what is everyones opinions are there fav pike. the best of the best so to say. rarity aside, just by looks and personality. I'm stickin with my baby boy, my orange. although i have only had one other kind. just wanna hear everyone elses opinions!

about 8 months ago when i first got into pikes i had a Johanna male that i totally loved. I felt ( at the time) that i didn't really have a place for him because i was going to get a couple Cobra's so i decided to give him to my local fish store. I've always regretted that decision. That Johanna was the most interactive fish i've ever owned and if i had it to do over i would have kept him for sure. So i guess i have to say the Johanna was my favorite pike, just wish i still had him.

The only pikes I have ever owned are my 2 xingu I.:) So I guess those are my favs so far....

my baby strigta 13'' and he is spoiled, use too swim through my fingers i stoped that when he got big enough to eat one very spoiled will hit glass top when he eats off the top quite funny

First place- C. cincta becuase of the color and pattern.

A close second place- C. jegui becuase it looks like an alligator or a lizard

I have never seen a jugui in person so it may become my favorite when I see one (if I see one). But for now Cincta.

well looks wise i have to go with tigrina, btw anyone know how hard it is to get one of these?? and if they would get along with my orange?

All of them....;). Tigrina is practically impossible to get unless you have A LOT of money. Oliver Lucius knows where to get them, but you have to get 6 in order for him to get them, and they go for $1500 a pop, so yeah, you do the math.

1500... that is wayyyy more fish then i need... it is a cool looking fish though aint it? jeez, cant really grasp that just yet... hmmm gonna have to sit on this one for a few years i guess.

A tie between a tapajos red & orange pike for personality. And a tie between lents, marmo-rata, & tapajos red for beauty.
