Favourite foods for mixed African tank?

I'm currently feeding my tank xtreme cichlid peewee. Which seems good and is quite affordable. Does anybody else have any experience with this brand? What would you guys recommend from experience?

I noticed that this guy picked xtreme for his farm. If you guys haven't seen this video check it out!!

That vid is of Ricky Biro, his brother & him own Xtreme fish food. lol

I had various African tanks set up over many years, I fed all of them New Life Spectrum. The owner of NLS has a fish farm just up the road from the Biro's.
