I like to keep small tetras with my rbp's just to keep them busy and every now and then one are two are missing, well this morning i went to feed the tetras and noticed that my piranhas had eaten 9 tetras between the two of them and now i only have 2 black tetras

might be time to step up to a larger "tankmate". tetras may just be to small and easy to eat.

Try a group of Congo Tetra....These guys are a little more meaty...Plus, they add nice movement to the aquarium...

I would try giant danios... big, cheap, and active.
^^Agreed, this is what I was going to suggest as well. They are very quick and out of the tankmates I have tried with my P's these lasted the longest.

i would go to your local bait store and get a couple dozen pearch minnows or rosey reds for like 2 bucks. those feeders will get expensive!

Make sure if you go this route that you quarantine those for a LONG time. Bait shop fish are NASTY, MUCH much worse than LFS feeders IMO.
