Yesterday when I came home from work I noticed the worm body of my feather duster extending out of its tube. I didn't think too much of it but as of this am the worm has completely left its shell and is in a different part of the tank. It still has its crown so I think that's a good sign, but should I be concerned? I did do some rock rearranging and moved him a few inches closed to the side of the tank with the powerhead. At first he was getting blasted by it so then I adjusted it so it didn't get direct flow. Could the move have cause the issue? Should I try to reinsert him into his tube?

well yesterday morning the worm was behing my LR and the body was buried into the sand with the crown out. This am there is no sign of it....
