Hi guys, it seems like my synodontis eupterus is bullying my endlicheri bichir, I see it sometimes trying to "nibble" on the rear of the endli, and I was told that my endli has some sort of wound right now, what can I do to prevent the bulllying or do I need to separate the catfish? thanks guys, BTW the endli is around 16-18" and the catfish is 5-7" in length.

Your best bet is to separate. The Synodontis isn't going to change it possibly views the bichir as competition.

Agree
You have two species that both require the same territorial real estate, and if your tank does not have a big enough footprint to afford their territorial perception,
I don't see an alternative, other than acquiring a larger tank. If your tank is less than 6 ft long, well......
