Fed up with tank water marks plz help

whenever I clean my tank , I mean all wash up , stone filter everything ,
After refilling the tank with water I notice bubbles on fish , specially on fins ,
After few hours I notice air bubbles on tank inner surface glass, and the next day the tank is full with water marks on glass. Probably hard water marks & stains.
Whenever I do 50 % water changes I notice the same problem .
What should I do ????

Get/use a magnetic algae scrapper after filling up. It will get rid of bubbles on the glass and keep spots from forming. For the outside glass I just use a vinegar window cleaner. No more marks.

For any spots that are there and need to be removed just use a rag with vinegar during the next waterchang.
