Feed cichlids

What type of food do you guys feed your cichlids? Cause I want my cichlids to be healthy and to keep away for bloating.

I feed mine TetraCichlid Cichlid Flakes+Ocean Nutrition Omni Flakes...I also feed them New Life Spectrum 3MM pellets. Its been 6 or 7 months and never had any issues with bloat

Nls cichlid and small fish formula frozen bloodworms and brine shrimp and the occasional treat of crickets earthworms and market shrimp

NLS and hikari cichlid gold

NLS cichlid formula and the occasional freeze-dried brine shrimp treat. They also nibble at my Omega-One veggie flakes that I feed to my catfishes. Never had any problems with bloat.

I have also tried hikari sinking cichlid excel and liked it, but in my experience (and only my experience, not trying to start an argument) I got better colors and growth with NLS.
