FishNCash: I would say yes, there is a strong possibility they are legitimate, but if you have any hesitations, resonable doubts or questions concerning the legitimacy of this web site, I would also check with their local chamber of commerce, the Better Business Bureau of where they are located, or their State Attorney General - Bureau of Consumer Affairs. I would ask these agencies, if they are lisenced, bonded, and insured. Additionally, I would ask ethical questions like: "Have there been any complaints filed against them in the past 6 months to a year?" If so, "What were the complaints about?" and "Are there any points of contact of former customers you might be able to reach as a reference?"

If you can think of any further plausible questions to ask, write them down, so when you are on the telephone with these agencies, you have your questions in front of you and your not fishing around in the air for them. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Best of success I wish for you.
