Feedback on seachem prime?

Hello. I saw this product for Aquariums on amazon called seachem prime. I would like to use this for when I do water changes as I can get a 500ml bottle for $13. The directions say to use 5ml per 50 gallons. My tank is 55 gallons so this should be plenty. I currently am using tetra aqua safe and aqueon ammonia neutralizer. Both of these are expensive and requires a lot of it. So my questions are does anyone use seachem prime? Or does anyone use something else? Thanks

I've used prime for about five years. Now I use pond prime. It treats 100g per cupful.

I use Seachem Prime for my smaller tanks.. It's a great product. I use Seachem Safe for my bigger tanks.

Seachem prime is a good product. If you want to save some money though, use Seachem Safe instead. It's basically the same thing but in a powdered version. It will last you a lot longer because it's more concentrated.

FYI - regular Prime, and Pond Prime are the exact same thing. The only thing different is the container that they come in. You might also want to read the link posted above.

Seachem is a good brand, id usethat over any wal mart bought water conditioner
