Feeder fish

does anyone have any idea where to find fish that i can feed to my shovelnose.... they need to be at least 4 inches.

There's always bait shops. One down where I live usually sells things like shiners at about 2-3" long each.

But of course, being a bait shop, you have to be careful not to give your Cat anything bad.

when i keep piranhas id bye a dozen of the large goldfish from a bait shop a week and they were helthyer then any goldfish at the pet store they ranged from about 4 to6 inchs the shiners i wouldnt even give them cuz they were always sick and diseased

my shovel is over a foot long now... and he has been eating my fish that live with him when i put a feeder in there that is smaller than the fish he lives with he gets mad and eats one of mine and leaves the feeder.... so there for at least 4 inches big. i have not tried any bait shopd but all the pets stores sucks the biggest bait fish they have is a roach and the die as soon as i get them hom and they are 650 a dozen too expensive for a fish that cant handle andy kind of temp change. but i will try bait shops thanks guys
