feeder fish

Guppies and Convicts are VERY easy to breed, and it can be done in a small tank. It depends on how big of feeders you need.
 
I was thinking guppies but wanted check on others. I don't know if I could do the covicts I have always liked them. My obession keeps growing and the cost of food is starting to climb.
 
what kind of fish your feeding the feeders to? i to use cons.
 
convicts would be your best bet, but having to grow them out to reasonable size IMO is more of a hassle, and I wouldn't feed them any feeders at all on a consistent basis unless you intend to breed large numbers of cons
 
currently I don't use any feeders becuase of fear of disease. Just thinking of ideas to provide a good diet at a lower cost.
 
a high quality food is worth the price, and provides a better diet than something based on feeders

you should be useing pellets for those fish. the only time to use feeders if, they been refuseing pellets for more then two weeks. IMO.
