A temp of 60'F should not be a problem.
I kept goldfish in my ponds in WI from April thru early Nov, where water temps could go from a low of 45' in late fall and early spring, to the 80s in late summer.
In winter (because my ponds froze solid) I would put them in an unheated kiddy pool in the basement, where floor temps would drop below 50' in Jana nd Feb.

The feeder will be fine. My uncle kept a mini in the ground goldfish pond outside. It was no more than 16" deep and about 3 feet wide. Air Temperature would go down as low as 45F in the winter and as high as 98F for a few weeks in the summer. There wasn't any filtration, and he had about 3 in there.
