Feeder guppy/ Ray question

Is it still a bad idea to feed stingrays feeder guppies if they have been bred in one's home?

I don't see why you would want to if they're eating dry foods.

they seem to prefer to catch their meals, funnily enough.

I feed them live ghost shrimp as well as frozen brine shrimp, frozen bloodworms, etc and they always go for the live stuff and leave the frozen alone, unless there's nothing else to eat.

they love stalking around lol and will go through a patch of frozen stuff w/o eating to get to the live feeder.

saltwater rays? u should proly do mollies cuz they can live in salt
