Feeder polywogs?

They make tadpole and frog lures, so I would assume they'd be safe
 
hmm I just found out a nearby preserve a few miles away from his house, home red legged frogs, but that they need wetlands too survive and it's a little out of the way. What are the chances these are babies too the poisonous red legged frog? I'm thinking most likely just a an American bullfrog but I guess I can look up ways to ID them.
 
Feeding wild tadpoles/polywogs to aquarium fish is not a good idea. This has the potential to introduce things to your tank that your fish are not equipped to handle. Parasites and disease could be a real issue. Just not worth the risk to me.
 
I get them out of the creek an sell them to the pet stores in my area an couple time I've fed them to my dad peacock bass an they threw them all up an the other fish I've fed them to dnt really sit well with them except piranhas didn't bother them at all
