I've got a 20 gallon feeder tank that holds roseys, and small comet gold fish. How should i go about treating the feeders to make sure they arn't infested with parasites or contagious diseases?

Definetly check out prawns, silversides, or lancefish. Just as, if not more nutritious than feeders without any risk.

i also agree with not useing feeders and just feeding my fish with only frozen and dry food. i usually use feeders just to get the fish started and also to see if the fish is healthy :)

my fish won't accept anything but live, i've tried the starvation method but one of my fish starved itself to death and the others were on the verge of that, they wouldn't accept any (shrimp & carnivore)pellets or frozen food.
