I have one silver arowana and 2 ocells and just ordered 3 tems. I wanted to start breeding feeder fish. what would be the best fish that could breed to keep up with this stock? the silver is about 3.5 inches the ocells are 2 inches and the tems will be 3". Thanks in advance.

I breed fancy guppies. You get about 15 or more out of a pregnant female every few weeks. If you had a tank stocked with a good ratio of males and females, you could definitely keep up with your tank's appetite...given that you are not just feeding them live all the time. PBass like variety....well at least mine do.
 
I would do Convicts. One your Pbass start to get a little bigger, Guppies won't be much of a meal. You can grow out Convicts a lot larger. The downside is having the patients to grow the Con fry to a larger size. I suggest having multiple breeding pairs in multiple tanks and then a growout tank for the fry.
 
The bigger tank size you get for the frys, the faster they will grow....
