also next week im getting in my wildcaught juruense so feeders are goi ng to be in the tank anyway until i get him on pellets too

Their are so many reasons a fish won't eat it's impossible to take a guess. Ace. eating massivore delight - I'd say thats quite an accomplishment in and off it's self, maybe try floating pellets instead. All I can really say is that outta all the fish I own approx. 60 -70, the Cudas are one of the few fish that don't eat daily, once or twice a week.

my cuda is a picky one he only wants silversides but my fire eel always gets them first ill have to expirement but once the eel is gone the cuda will go back to eating the silversides even if they are on the bottom of the tank since right now he is scanning the bottom for them since i just fed the other fish

maby you have too let him starve skip a meal or 2 then put in your food he should eat them but if he dos't you have too get a feeder tank with gold fish and feed him that

It's a big step back to give it feeders at this point.I hope something is not wrong with the cuda as I don't see it just up and losing interest in something that it's already been eating.....The juruense is no reason to put feeders in the tank either. It may not even eat for a few days but there after you should try earthworms or nightcrawlers then try to get it to eat raw shrimp or fish chunks.
