Feeding 3/4" redtail x tiger shovelnose hybrid?

Hi everyone, I purchased an redtail x tiger shovelnose hybrid off ebay. It arrived today and is only about 3/4" (was advertised as 2").
What should I feed it. I've shread ed small pieces of shrimp and added sinking cichlid pellets. He's in my 60 gal with 2 Cory cats, s featherfin, and 12 small gold tilapia. Thanks

Shouldn't be hard to feed, when they r this size I start with good quality flakes, delivered near fish

I think the only thing that would differ is the bite size. The feed should fit in its mouth. Otherwise, it should not be too fussy in general.

I started mine with freeze dried blood worms, shrimp and beef heart, cut very small. After a couple weeks he started to eat anything.

And if you're posting this out of concern because he won't eat, don't worry about it, mine didn't eat for about 3 days while he adjusted to the new home. Awesome fish though, mine is my absolute favorite of all my fish. Grows like wild fire so you'll need a bigger tank very soon (doesn't really matter what size you have now, you'll need bigger). good luck
