Algae wafers, zuchini attached to a rock, algae covered stones for a start.
They are primarly algae and plant detritovores. They will suck up any pellets or flaked food of the bottom. They also like to have a piece of wood to keep clean. They will graze on the thin film of bacteria that will grow on submerged wood, and get a little wood fibre as well.

i use cucumbers on a veggie clip and mine eats the whole center right out in one night. but i hear zuchini is even better. so i agree as well.
My Calico BN loves zucchin and algae waffers and I've noticed it eat a few blood worms left for some of my other fish.
