feeding a stubborn gar

ok, i have read many posts on here about feeding gars FD foods, well i have recently came into possestion of what i belive to be a florida gar and can't for the life of me get him to eat FD , He hasn't eaten in about 2 weeks and is about 2 1/2 in-3in long. can any1 tell me some ways to get my gar to gar to eat FD before he starves to death. P.S. i will probably have a thread coming later to see if any 1 can make sure my gar is infact a florida gar.

pics are def. the only way to id them...otherwise we are just guessing. if it is in fact a gar we can offer some good tips to get him on prepared foods.
