So I've been slowly stocking my African Cichlid Tank and currently consist of:
3 - exochromis anagenus 2 - copadichromis chrysonatus 2 - fossochromis rostratus 3 - nimbochromis venustus 3 - hap 44
4 - dimidiochromis compressiceps 2 - buccochromis spectablis 2 - hap ahli 1 - bb zebra 3 - Yellowblaze Lithobetes 3 - Mel. Exasperattus
They are all babies and currently on tetra-min flake food in combination with spirulina flakes.
I understand that the species that I have chosen can handle a fairly decent amount of protein in comparison to other species so I tried giving them some blood worms and they don't seem to like them so much.
What do you guys suggest in terms of high protein food? Or should I just stick to the flake food for now?
feeding live is something I want to avoid.
