Feeding Africans

I wanted to know if I can feed earthworms to my africans. My african chiclids are 3" to 4" long.

MAybe live bloodworms would be great. Earthworms maybe smaller ones

I'd be very careful. 1. quality and cleanliness of earthworms. 2. Some African cichlids can have digestive problems with too much protein. It depends on the type..

Well i have only been feeding then omega one flakes and shrimp pellets once a day and I give them frozen veggie food once a week

yea earthworms are fine as a treat afaik, just make sure they get some vegetable matter in their diet
