my uncle was going to put his iridescent shark in the freezer because it had outgrown his sons 26g, so I agreed to take it and have put it into my 125g. He is extremely shy and isn't eating. I have tried feeding him blood worms and brine shrimp. What do these fish prefer to eat?

My brothers ird shark eats those red sinking pellets. It says Tetra Color on the front yellow bottle red cap. Try those

hmm... I have a p.sanitwongsei/paroon shark and i just can't get him to take pellets. he goes crazy when fed with frozen blood worms. Can anyone help with some directions for me to get him to eat pellets? btw, i use hikari sinking carnivore pellets

i would defrost some blood worms in a bowl and put the pellets in the liquid from them for a few minutes and see if he will eat them then.

I noticed they like to eat much more at night. Throw some sinking pellets in and shut the 90% of your lights off enough so you can still see him. He will find them and eat them if hes hungry, if he doesnt eat after trying this for a few days he must be sick.
