I got 9 angels for about 1.5 months ago. When I got them, the size is approximately at about dime. Now they are at least the dollar size. I have been feeding them about 5 times / day with flakes and giving dry blood worms and shrimps 1-2 times / wk. It is kept in 46G plant tank (bowfront) & water have been keeping around 74F and is changed about 30-40% weekly. The problem is that these guys begging for food constantly, should I feed them more (Filters for the tank in combination are rated for over 200G)?

The temperature is too low for the angels. Are you sure this is the right temperature based on your thermometer? What thermometer are you using? No, don't feed them too much. Your regimen is already fine as it is if you're doing daily water changes.

Edit: Weekly is too small in proportion to your feeding regimen. What do your water parameters tell you? At this rate, a daily water change should be in order with the amount of food you give.

I would be changing that amount of water at least every second day, minimum.
Angels will ALWAYS beg for food. Even with bellies loading with ghost shrimp and tetra granules, mine will beg. Raise your water temp to about 28-30C.
