Anyone try feeding aro cut up fish like whiting or cod?

I tried tilapia with my new aro and he his hammering it like he never ate before.

Never whiting or cod.. But most everything else...

Trout, Clown knife,all manner of cichlid meat.

Common food cichlid that is pretty cheap.

I fed mine Tilapia, salmon, cod, trout, swordfish, and just about any other kind of fish you can find in a kitchen. As you can see i work in a kitchen and take home all the fish scraps if they are too small to serve..

my silver wont eat fish, hes afraid of them... so far he only takes down hikari food sticks

my aros, eat anything. literally. all kinds of fish, cut up fish, cut up hot dog. whole hot dog. pellets, tank mates, lizards, birds.

I feed chop up pork and chicken breast meat too.

...and they LOVE razor clams...especially out of season kind
