Feeding Arowanas

shrimps is good but you should try other food like pellet, cricket or many other insects, feeder fish!
small aros do best with crickets, mealworms, and carnivore sticks. as they grow they can take larger stuff like superworms, nightcrawlers, and cut fillets. when even larger you can start feeding whole shrimp, prawns, smelt, silversides, fillets, etc.
feeder fish is never recommended unless you're breeding your own
it's sometimes tricky to get small aros to accept a variety of foods. try different things and see what he likes.

Could i ask you somethin? please don't take it the wrong way.. why are you starting thread after thread? you could have very well continued the discussion on your earlier thread about feeding aros.. it makes it easier for you to have one consolidated thread and for people who with same doubts might read up these threads later to get the required info.. jus my take on it.. if you are looking for a whole load of info on arowanas.. please read this sticky..

all the questions he has asked are answered in the stickies..if only he gave some time to read..and i totally agree with you kaya about the number of threads that he has started..all these questions could have just been answered in one or two threads
