Feeding Baby Red Texas cichlids

I want to know what you guys feed your baby red texas and midas that gives a good growth rate. Thanks in advance.

My wife feeds hers nls. small pellets and flakes for now. We have some special food comming from thailand.haven't gotten it yet.

Feed them pellets they can eat easily, id say the smallets nls would be optimal

Thanks guys i will give it a try because the flakes doesnt seem to be successful, there growing but slowly and the pellets were working but i ran out and started to use flakes.
