Feeding baby Senegal bicher?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Try earthworms.
No bichirs ever resists those.
After that, you can move on to pellets if you like.
For the record,keep a varied diet.Fed mine with hikari's,frozen bloodworms,feeder fish and shrimps(quarantined)
Good luck tho! ;)

My endli didn't eat for almost 2 weeks after I bought him.
Be patient.
Don't get panicked.
Some of them told me their's didn't even touch or go near a single food for a month or so.

Yeah I feel bad for him when I got him one of my tanks got broken so I had to keep him in a tank with three puffers and the first night didn't go over to well for him! Luckily he survived until I could get my 90g set up as fast as I could so I had to move him again to the 90 so hopefully he is just stressed and can pull through! Is there anything I should be doing to help him?

Thanks for the tips guys! I ended up getting another one to hopefully encourage the beat up one to eat and start swimming around! And it totally worked they actually swim around together and are both eating little chunks of beef-heart! Hopefully they will both live a good life together.... Especially with a 90g tank to themselves!
