When my cichlids were small (JD, FM, salvini..etc...) I really liked the "Tetra mini granules" or something like that. They're a tiny pellet food and thos little monsters would gobble them up. Frozen Brine shrimp would be good too, but I'd try to find a couple foods they like and stick to it for a few months til they're bigger

How about fruit, or veggeis or sumting like that for them to nibble on?

fruit????!!!!

i dont think cichlids like fruit

but for vegetable you could him unshelled frozen peas

frozen baby brine shrimp works if they are very young. then you can move to crushed flake.

i'll try flake, but i think im goign to go with blood worms, and frozen brine
