Feeding Bamboo Sharks

Hi all,

So I have kept my bamboo shark for roughly 3 years. I typically feed shrimp, squid, and occasionally scallops. Is flounder safe to serve to bamboo sharks? It is fairly cheap in my area and would like rotate this into her diet.

IME any seafood is alright, as long as the portions are small enough.
