Feeding big cats

Greetings all,
Is it a mistake to feed beef heart and or chicken livers to redtails and tsn.I've read some mixed reviews on this and hoped i could get some help from ya all

Thanks for posting. Know that beef heart is not recommended because it causes faster growth and RTC do not need this ... But there is nothing wrong with feeding every once in a while.

Unsure about livers.
