I have stayed away from this and usually only feed my fish bloodworms 2 times a week for 1 meal.

My feeding schedule is currently....

1. When i wake up(around 10?): Pellets for my Oscar and Geo's and flakes for my loaches.
2. Around 3 p.m. : Pellets for Oscar and Geo's
3. Around 9 p.m. : Pellets and flakes
4. Sometimes at around midnight before going to sleep : Pellets

So im pretty much feeding my Oscar and Geo's 3-4 times a day and my loaches 2 times a day, and my water temp is 80.

They seem to love the bloodworms but i have read that too much protein is bad for them. Would feeding bloodworms at around 8 p.m. and then not feeding again at midnight be better than what im doing or should i continue with this schedule? Thanks.

Forgot to add.. i feed hikari algea wafers every day as well 1 meal.

personally anymore i only feed once a day. I dont stay with the same food for too long though. Once a package runs out i get something different. I like changing it up for them i think its better they have a variety. But with feeding bloodworms, I used to only feed them to my fish. IMO it brings out there colors very well and its just natural. I dont see a problem with u feeding them bloodworms daily. Just as long as they are not over fed and WCs are kept up everything will be fine.
