Feeding Bristlenose

What should I feed my Bristlenose plecos? Trying to breed them & they don't like algae pellets. Are they strictly herbivore or omnivore? They ate some massivore for me earlier.

I just put in some cucumber but it won't sink so I wedged it under some driftwood. It'll probably float up after they touch it. So I'm not sure how to weigh it down lol

Stick a metal fork through it, it should weigh it down

I feed bloodworms and brine shrimp to condition them for breeding. I also feed cucumber, zucchini, romaine lettuce, frozen French cut green beans, massivore, and shrimp pellets. That diet works for me. I have hundreds of babies right now. I also use a fork as stated above to weigh things down.
