I know a lot of people feed their fish fresh veggies. I got to thinking via seeds are high in omega have a full spectrum of amino acids and lots of antioxidants and fiber. Are a super food for us people, but had anyone experimented with feeding them to their fish? Thoughts/concerns? I know they absorb a bit of water and grow a bit, but one could always try pre soaking them if they werev worried about them bloating up?

They don't grow a little, they grow like 10x their size. In humans it sucks up water in your stomach and too much would give you heart burn, in fish I'm guessing it would hurt them badly or kill them.

A good nutrient dense food is spirulina, which is an algae so natural for fish.
