Feeding Corydoras

I picked up some cory cats about 3 weeks ago, right now im feeding them flakes and shrimp pellets. Is there any kind of vege i can put in there that theyll eat like clown loaches do?

ive never fed cory's on veggie's, just the normal flakes, bloodworm's, tubifex and tablet's

Feed them hearty meals of fine (size) sinking pellets, bloodworms (frozen) brineshrimp and general flake. Do not nelect to include them in your feedings. They are not just tank cleaners.
